PHIL MATALUCCI - PRESIDENT / CEO
In 2004, Phil moved from the Eagles, another of Philadelphia’s own "Rocky" success stories at the time, to take on his greatest challenge so far with his innovative business, LSA Suites and Tickets. LSA Suites and Tickets offers premium seating at a reasonable cost for all major league sports and special niche events such as boxing matches, Thoroughbred horse races and college bowl games. Expanding from his native East Coast across the country has only increased Phil’s energy, intensity and determination as he looks forward to opening LSA’s Los Angeles office in the next month.

DENNIS PATRICK SHEA - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Dennis has over 25 years of direct sales, sales management and fundraising experience that has ranged across numerous vertical industries, specializing in sports, music entertainment and promotions. He has used his networking expertise and extensive VIP contact list to establish a reputation for as the “go-to guy” for corporate entertainment connections in the Philadelphia marketplace.
Shea spent a decade as Vice President of Premium Seating for Comcast Spectacor’s Philadelphia 76ers and Flyers. In his role he was responsible for managing a premium seating (luxury suites & club box seating) budget in excess of 35M and a staff of 20+ employees. Dennis’ tenure at Comcast Spectacor developed and solidified his dynamic and charismatic personality that enables him to immediately assess and bring to market powerful and highly profitable media events and productions.

STRATEGIC PARTNER DAVID MATAGIESE - PRESIDENT, OSPREY INTERACTIVE
David is the President of Osprey Interactive, a full-service digital marketing firm that works directly with LSA Suites & Tickets to maximize exposure for suite listings and our clients. David and his team leverage real time data and a full suite of analytics software to help the LSA Suites & Tickets team match the right buyer to the right suites and vice versa. David and Osprey Interactive have been an integral part of LSA Suites & Ticket's growth since 2015 and continues to keep us on the cutting edge of the market through ongoing best practices, the latest software and current market trends.
David and the Osprey Interactive team are based out of South Jersey but manage clients in a wide variety of industries across the United States. Through their dedicated management services and digital marketing strategy, they help their clients generate over $650 Million in annual revenue. |

KARA MATALUCCI - VP OF MARKETING
Kara joined the LSA team Summer 2015. Kara is a third year student at Towson University, studying mass communications advertising and marketing. She enjoys writing and journalism. She is responsible for operating the social media for LSA and helping to plan and run events. Kara wants to be an event planner for LSA when she graduates college. |

CHUCK EARLEY - VICE PRESIDENT
Chuck Earley joined LSA Suites & Tickets in 2008 after a long career as a restaurant owner in South Jersey. Chuck owned and operated the very successful Val’s Seafood House in Sewell until recently and is very excited to join old friend, and customer, Phil Matalucci’s team as Vice President of Sales.
Chuck’s particular strength is understanding how all the moving parts of a business like LSA work together most efficiently and making that happen. He’ll concentrate on special projects and you’ll find him diligently working in the background for LSA’s exclusive events. Chuck has the added benefit of knowing how to work one-on-one with a diverse group of customers to make each individual ‘wish list’ a reality.
